We are still not aware enough to realise that it IS the people that has the power. But we will learn, and there are people/systems that work now. If we just see others as competitors there will never be "enough" money. If we share the knowledge and resources we have and tap into volunteers from communities and from the people using the services then there is so much extra resource. That's the secret - but its not easy to make it work it takes time, building trust and being reliable and well as sharing a vision, ethics and a commitment to get on with things.
